✅ Venia Dikaiou, PT 23
Venia Dikaiou is a Business Intelligence Lead at Skroutz, where she applies and expands her expertise in data & analytics, project, team and stakeholder management, and effective decision-making. She holds an MEng in Electrical & Computer Engineering from NTUA and graduated first in the PT23 class of the International MBA. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, drawing, video editing, and gaming. Her motivation for joining the board stems from a strong desire to contribute to the community, foster networking opportunities, and enhance the value of the alumni network.
✅ Efros Georgiadis, PT 17
Efros Georgiadis has a 15 year management consulting experience with extensive expertise in various sectors and a focus on corporate finance and operational strategy. Over the past five years, he has been successfully leading the restructuring of a group of companies with holdings in the real estate, hospitality and shipping sectors. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to a luxury concierge firm, and contributes actively to several real estate projects. Efros is committed to enhancing the MBA’s market prominence and fostering closer collaborations with business leaders. He also wishes to assist the program's graduates to achieve their professional goals through networking and targeted coaching. Furthermore, he advocates for the consolidation of all AUEB MBA programs under the unified banner of the International MBA for the purpose of strengthening the institution’s (AUEB) stature.
✅ Giorgos Glavas, PT 23
Giorgos Gklavas, born in Athens in 1990, is a successful entrepreneur in business and fashion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Technology and an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Giorgos founded two fashion companies: Becasual, a retail business offering stylish and accessible fashion, and Plus Attitude, a wholesale firm supplying fashion products to retailers. These ventures have honed his business skills and leadership. Passionate about networking and community, Giorgos actively promotes professional connections and supports alumni initiatives, aiming to foster collaboration, mentorship, and shared success among graduates.
✅ Giorgos Iliopoulos, PT 23
Giorgos Iliopoulos, born in Athens in 1983, is an Environmental Science graduate from Aegean University and completed a Fulbright-Humphrey Fellowship at Cornell University. He holds a Master's in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Aegean (honors). Giorgos has worked for the Global Reporting Initiative in the Netherlands, the World Bank, and KERAMIDA Inc in the US. He founded AIPHORIA Consulting and is currently the Director of ESG & Sustainability Services at KPMG Greece. He was also Chairman of the Union of Environmental Scientists of Greece and a Board Member of Ecogenia. He enjoys outdoor activities, mountain hiking, running, and reading.
✅ Eleftheria Markou, PT 23
Eleftheria Markou, an experienced HR professional with a background in the consumer goods industry and an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, excels in talent development, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. She is skilled at building relationships and fostering professional growth. Running for the Alumni Board, Eleftheria aims to enhance networking, support career development, and strengthen the alumni community through opportunities for knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and connections.
✅ Stella Malle, PT 16
Stella Malle is an experienced business-oriented HR professional with a strong background in People Operations and Business Management. With expertise gained from roles in Deloitte, PwC, and various industries such as banking, professional services, pharmaceuticals, and startups, she has developed a deep understanding of HR strategy and organizational development. She specializes in talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, change management, and business strategy, bringing a holistic approach to workforce management. Through a combination of consulting and in-house HR leadership, Stella is committed to fostering growth, engagement, and organizational excellence within the alumni community.
✅ Stefanos Prokos, FT 14
Stefanos Prokos is the Co-Managing Partner of Synergetic, a consultancy that transforms business visions into actions. With expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce, and strategy, he has led major projects for multinational and Greek companies. Previously, as a Partner at EY Greece, he led the Digital Marketing and eCommerce Advisory team and held leadership roles at Convert Group and other digital organizations. Passionate about knowledge sharing, he has trained executives, served as an academic director, and co-founded startups. He is excited to join the i-MBA alumni association board, where he intends to use his experience to enhance the network and create opportunities for graduates. Having benefited from the program, he aims to foster collaboration, professional growth, and a vibrant alumni community.
✅ Anna Spanaki, PT 25
Anna Spanaki, born in Athens and raised in Kos, holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Crete, an MSc in Forensic Science from King’s College London, and recently completed the i-MBA at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She transitioned from a scientific career to hospitality, now serving as an Operations Manager at a luxury resort. With seven years in hotel operations and marketing, she has driven business growth and efficiency. As an i-MBA graduate, she aims to enhance the association's strategic impact, foster networking, and support alumni career and entrepreneurial goals. In her free time, she enjoys sports and traveling.
✅ Athanasios Tolias, PT 25
He is a graduate of the PT25 cohort of the International MBA program with a background in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Patras. Currently, he works as a Special Advisor to the President of the Regulatory Authority for Energy, focusing on international affairs and consumer protection. He served as President of the PT25 cohort, co-organized a study trip to Stockholm, and played a key role in reviving the i-MBA Energy & Sustainable Development Club. He is eager to contribute to the alumni board to foster connections and create networking opportunities, drawing from his event organization experience to enhance engagement through knowledge-sharing and business networking events.
✅ Christos Tzouvelekis, PT 25
He graduated from the AUEB iMBA program with a background in nanotechnology engineering from NTUA. He is the General Manager of a healthcare supplies company, focusing on strategic growth and innovation. During the program, he actively participated in student orientation and the annual study trip, enhancing his appreciation for collaboration and global networking. He aims to contribute to the alumni board to strengthen the community, enhance networking, and foster business connections. He values a strong alumni network for professional and personal growth. Outside work, he enjoys surfing, skiing, and traveling, reflecting his passion for adventure and learning.
✅ Theodora Varela, PT 25
Theodora Varela is a student in the iMBA PT25 program, set to graduate in May 2025. With nearly a decade of experience as an operator and exports specialist in a freight forwarding company, she has developed strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills. Throughout her time in the iMBA program, Theodora has participated in various activities, including new student orientation and the organization of her class's study trip, which have deepened her appreciation for the program. Her goals include supporting events, fostering professional meetups, increasing program visibility, and strengthening alumni connectivity to help build a vibrant community.
✅ Anastasia Ziampa, PT 17
Anastasia Ziampa, a graduate of Athens University of Economics & Business (i-MBA & MSc), is an expert in Sales, Operations, and Retail Development, with a focus on telecommunications and gaming. At OPAP, she leads Development and Operational Excellence for a network of 3,400+ stores, modernizing spaces and optimizing supply chains. Running for the Alumni Board, she seeks to enhance networking and create impactful alumni initiatives, leveraging her skills in strategic project execution and collaboration to foster connections and career opportunities.
✅ Iakovos Zournatzis, PT 23
Iakovos Zournatzis, with a BA in Computer Engineering and an International MBA from AUEB, is the co-founder of GB Innovations, a startup in e-commerce and AI, and a member of Elevate Greece. He contributes to the Greek eCommerce Association, fostering industry advancements. Passionate about history and strategy books, he is running for the alumni board to strengthen the community through enhanced networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing. Iakovos aims to leverage alumni expertise for societal impact and build a supportive network that empowers members and creates growth opportunities.
